Before contacting us
- • Check your internet connection, then reopen the app.
- • Confirm that you entered your registered email address correctly.
- • When contacting us, share a description and screenshot if possible. Never send your password.
Account deletion
To request deletion of your account and its data, contact support from your registered phone number. We will verify your identity before processing the request.
